Pray to the War Gods

Enemies have -20% health and deal -20% damage but you get 40% less points and XP if you win. (Warning: Quests with specific loadout requirements can not be completed while this mutator is enabled.)

This exists in the game files but is not in the game's own equippable list, so it cannot be picked in a run. It is cut content, a prototype, or something not shipped yet.
